No hot flashes? No night sweats? Feeling great through menopause?

That’s wonderful. 💛

But hormone health after menopause isn’t just about symptom relief.

Estrogen plays an important role in supporting bone health, heart health, and healthy tissue throughout the body. Even women with few or no menopause symptoms may benefit from understanding their options for long-term health and longevity.

You’ve done the pelvic floor therapy.

You’ve done the exercises.

You’ve shown up to the appointments.

So why do the symptoms keep coming back? 🤔

What many women are never told is that the pelvic floor doesn’t function in isolation. Estrogen and progesterone directly affect tissue quality, bladder function, pain sensitivity, and even ligament support.

If your symptoms consistently worsen before your period, fluctuate throughout your cycle, or never seem to fully resolve, that isn’t random. It’s information.

On this week’s episode of Cycle Wisdom, Dr. Monica Minjeur explains the powerful connection between hormones and pelvic floor health—and why addressing both often leads to better, longer-lasting results.

Put the garbage bag down and take a breath.

Yes, microwaves, soaps, perfumes, dirt tracked inside, water and plastic can all contain endocrine disruptors. But not all products are created equal, and not everything needs to be 100% eliminated immediately. The goal is to make changes that are meaningful AND manageable.

When it comes to endocrine-disrupting chemicals, the goal isn’t perfection—it’s reducing the exposures that matter most.

At Radiant Clinic, we use a simple framework:

🥤 In — What goes in your body
Think drinking water, food, supplements, and medications. Start by swapping plastic water bottles for glass or stainless steel and filtering your drinking water when possible.

🧴 On — What goes on your body
Things like lotions, sunscreen, shampoo, deodorant, and makeup. Fragrances, parabens, and phthalates are common places to start making changes.

🏠 Around — What’s around you
Cookware, cleaning products, air fresheners, food containers, and even the shoes you wear in the house can contribute to your overall exposure.

The reality is that none of us can eliminate every endocrine disruptor. But small, intentional changes can add up over time.

🎙️ Listen to this week’s episode of Cycle Wisdom to learn how to reduce your highest-impact exposures without turning your life upside down.

The products in your bathroom, kitchen, and gym bag may be quietly disrupting your hormones in ways most women never realize.

Things like BPA, phthalates, parabens, PFAS, and pesticides can:
• Mimic estrogen
• Block progesterone
• Disrupt thyroid function
• Impact ovulation and fertility

And the hardest part? Standard lab work often won’t show that environmental exposures are part of the problem.

On this week’s episode of *Cycle Wisdom*, Dr. Monica Minjeur breaks down where these chemicals hide, how they affect the body, and practical ways to reduce exposure without overhauling your whole life.
