We’re excited to announce that Keely Kent and Nicole Hawkins Frye will be representing Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC as breakout speakers at the 2026 Tennessee Health Care Association/Tennessee Center for Assisted Living Convention & Trade Show on August 27th at the Music City Center in Nashville!
