Grief is not just emotional. It lives in the body.

After a loss, sleep can fall apart. Appetite can shift. Focus can disappear. Energy can drop. Your body may feel inflamed, exhausted, or unfamiliar.

These changes are not signs of weakness or failure. They are common physical responses to profound stress and loss.

If your body does not feel like it used to, you are not broken. You are not doing grief wrong.
