"After graduating from The Institute of Massage Therapies in 2013, I embarked on the journey of self-discovery and self-healing which led me to becoming an Advanced Restorative Reiki Practitioner in 2016. Ever since, I have been integrating therapeutic massage with reiki, allowing me to provide all-encompassing mind-body-spirit healing experiences. I strive to provide you with an effective therape

utic massage that addresses any postural distortions or biochemical dysfunctions through neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release techniques, and energy work. I take tremendous pride in creating a safe space for ANY and EVERYBODY to heal. My core goal as a practitioner is to work with clients, not on them. I feel it’s important that everyone understands informed consent. I encourage everyone to be engaged with their bodies and empower them in their healing. My mission is to continue to share the power of touch and to educate the importance of self-care. In the end, we are all one.
