For years, so many of you have known me through different chapters of my life: designer, jewelry artist, entrepreneur, travel business owner, speaker, crystal girl 😂… and through every version of me, there has always been one thing happening underneath it all:
I was learning how to come back home to myself.
Long before I ever taught Goddess Time, I was having Goddess Time for me.
It became the space where I could slow down, get quiet, work through what I was carrying, reconnect with myself, and listen to what was trying to emerge next. And now I want to create more of that space for other women.
Awaken the Goddess Within is my FREE Facebook community for women who are ready to slow down, release what’s heavy, reconnect with themselves and remember who the hell they are underneath all the roles, responsibilities and expectations.
Inside, we’ll explore things I genuinely use and love: crystal wisdom, sound healing, Reiki, reflection, intentional living, our weekly Lives and, of course, a little Goddess Time. ✨
This isn’t about becoming some new version of yourself. Sometimes the woman you’ve been looking for has been there the whole damn time.
