💗 A Message from Uniquely Yours Lactation Services 💗

This summer, Uniquely Yours Lactation Services will be taking a little "not really a break" break.

As many of you know, I am in my final semester of Family Nurse Practitioner school, and I have officially entered the last 8 weeks before graduation! 🎓 While I am incredibly excited for this next chapter, I need to dedicate my time and focus to successfully crossing the finish line so I can continue providing the highest quality care to the mamas and babies I serve.

Because of this, I will be limiting my availability through graduation.

✨ Current clients will continue to receive care.
✨ Prenatal clients already scheduled with me will still be seen.
✨ New patient appointments may still be scheduled; however, appointment dates will begin the week of August 10th following my graduation.

This decision was not an easy one. Caring for families during their breastfeeding journeys is truly one of my greatest joys, and stepping back, even temporarily, is difficult. However, this short season of focused study is an investment in expanding my knowledge and skills so I can better serve our community for years to come.

And the exciting news doesn't stop there! 🎉

Upon graduation, I will officially become a Family Nurse Practitioner, and we have some BIG and exciting changes planned for Uniquely Yours. I cannot wait to share what is ahead as we continue growing and expanding the ways we support women, mothers, babies, and families in our community.

If you need immediate lactation support during this time and are not an established client, I encourage you to contact the lactation consultant at the facility where you delivered or connect with another outpatient lactation consultant in your area.

Thank you all for your continued support, encouragement, prayers, and trust. Your support has helped make this dream possible, and I am so grateful for each family that has allowed me to be part of their journey.

These next 8 weeks are going to fly by, and I cannot wait to return in August with new credentials, new opportunities, and exciting announcements for Uniquely Yours! 💕🎓🩺

We are so excited for class tomorrow because we have a special guest joining us 🤍

Val, ( ) our sleep consultant and owner of Family Sleep Coach, will be in class helping answer all things baby sleep 😴✨

If you’ve been wondering about naps, night wakings, schedules, regressions, or just feeling unsure about what’s “normal”… this is such a good one tomorrow . Sleep can feel so overwhelming, and having someone walk alongside you with guidance and reassurance makes all the difference.

We can’t wait for you to learn from Val and leave feeling more confident (and hopefully a little more rested too 🤍)

We dropped off some doughnuts today to our favs at West Creek Elementary School for Teacher Appreciation Week and Nurse Week… and it just so happened to also be one of our favs birthdays AND a chance to love on our amazing front desk crew too! 💕🍩

Needless to say, our hearts were full and happy today! We’re so thankful for all they do for our babies and families every single day.🥰 We have had Pearson babies at West Creek Elementary School for the last 5 years, and still have 3 more years🫶🏽……and it has been absolutely amazing thanks to you guys!! 🫶🏽🤞🏽🥰 We really appreciate y’all more than words can express!!!!💕 Thanks for all y’all do!!🫶🏽
