☀️Bathe me in that natural sunlight!☀️

When I first looked at this space to rent I was immediately OBSESSED with the natural light.

As I started to get the space ready, I began to wonder if I should block out all the light or just soften it.

I was worried patient would hate it or not be able to relax. And yes when people flip from being facedown to face up on the table they have remarked how bright it is, but even when I offer a eye mask to help, 98% don't want it.

I deeply believe, like a cat that tracks the sun rays around the house, we humans are deeply healed by sunlight, direct and indirect.

Dim lighting typically signals to our body that it's time to wind down, but how great would it be to train our nervous system that even during the daytime, we can be in a relaxed state as well.

Maybe I love it because I used to take naps outside under the trees as a kid, but maybe there's something to it...

Poor dry needling classes are going to give highly trained and skilled acupuncturists a bad name if they keep this up.

PLEASE do your research if going to someone claiming to do "Dry needling" because they do not have the same level of training and safety standards that acupuncturists do! Better yet, just go see an acupuncturist!
