Apparently TikTok just discovered something I was playing with back on May 12, 2020. 😂👁️

When I saw the trend of people placing metal over their third-eye area and watching it stay there, I immediately thought:

WAIT… I HAVE RECEIPTS. 😂

Years ago, while deepening my Reiki practice and energetic studies, I experimented with placing a crystal directly over my third-eye area.

No glue. No adhesive. No hands holding it.

And there it sat. 😂

I even wrote at the time:

“I can feel it pulsating and sucking the crystal. For real.”

Now, could skin oils, surface tension, weight and the shape of the forehead explain why objects can stick there physically? Absolutely.

But from my energetic perspective, I've always been fascinated by the third eye as an energetic center and what we perceive when we intentionally focus energy there.

So naturally TikTok has me experimenting AGAIN. 😂

This time I'm trying different metals… and now I want to test:

👁️ Metal
👁️ Crystals
👁️ Glass
👁️ Plastic
👁️ Different areas of the body

Is it physics? Energetics? A little perception experiment?

Either way, we're about to have some fun finding out. 😂

And TikTok… I would just like the record to reflect:

😂Okay, TikTok made me do it. 😂

I kept seeing people put metal over their third-eye area and somehow it STAYS THERE.

So naturally, as an energy practitioner, I had to try it. 😂

I didn't even have the bobby pin everyone is using, so I grabbed a few other little metal pieces…

AND THEY STUCK. 👁️😂

Now here's where my curiosity kicks in.

Energetically, the third eye is traditionally viewed as an energetic center associated with intuition, perception and awareness. My first thought was:
Is there something about this energetic center that's creating the effect?

Scientifically, though, there are much simpler possibilities—skin oils, moisture, surface tension, the shape of the forehead, and the weight and surface of the object can all create adhesion that LOOKS magnetic.

So now I want to experiment. 😂

Metal vs Wood
Same approximate size and weight.
Third eye vs. other areas of the body.

Because whether it's energy, physics, or TikTok making all of us stick random objects to our foreheads…

I NEED ANSWERS. 😂👁️

HEADS UP! 🌖🔴 This week a LUNAR ECLIPSE will be visible across the United States Thursday evening into early Friday morning (Aug 27/28)! 96% of the Moon’s visible disk will slip into Earth’s shadow. So close to totality that most of it will have a red tint while only a thin bright sliver remains.

There is something deeply sacred about slowing down.

Before every candle is ever lit, I spend time listening, to the intentions, hopes, prayers, and heartfelt desires entrusted to me. Every herb is placed with purpose. Every blessing is offered with gratitude. Every flame becomes a quiet reminder that intention has the power to transform the way we move through life.

For this Aquarius Full Moon, I prepared candles dedicated to authenticity, courage, renewal, abundance, peace, and compassionate service.

I anointed each candle with my handcrafted Energy Waters, then lovingly dressed them with honey, cinnamon, basil, lavender, mugwort, and chamomile. Each chosen for its traditional symbolism of sweetness, prosperity, peace, intuition, comfort, and hope.

As I lit each flame, I stood before Creator in prayer, holding space for the individuals and families who invited me into this part of their journey. My intention was never to control an outcome, but to offer my time, my heart, and my prayers with love, asking that each person be supported in ways that are for their highest and best.

This work reminds me that healing often begins with a single moment of intention.

May this Aquarius Full Moon inspire you to embrace your authentic self, release what no longer serves you, welcome meaningful change, and move forward with greater peace, courage, and hope.
