Join Jane Gustafson and Hannah G as they guide a 60-min Reiki Yoga class at Trini Enrichment Center. All classes bring forward something different-join one, a few, or all! Reiki Yoga combines the healing energies of Reiki and Restorative Yoga, remain on the ground with props for support, postures are held for a length of time and movement is gentle and slow.
