Boone Supported Living is dedicated to serving the needs of people with developmental disabilities and behavior disorders. As a college town in mid-Missouri, Columbia has both an active and culturally-infused community. Our staff supports these individuals by working to achieve goals in their education, careers, and personal lives, so that they might lead a more self-sufficient lifestyle. More imp

ortantly, we at Boone Supported Living work hard to select staff members of good character, who will help us carry out our company's mission. If you have a child or loved one with a developmental disability, behavior problems, or emotional difficulties who needs services in a professional, caring environment, please call to set up a visit.

Meet Victoria! 👋

Victoria has been part of the BSL team for one year and serves as an Area Director, supporting and coaching managers as they provide high-quality, person-centered services. One of her favorite parts of the job is seeing team members grow in their roles and working alongside people who genuinely care about making a difference.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her daughter, cycling, weight lifting, and finding her next adventure, whether it’s a big trip or something new to discover right here in Mid-Missouri!

Outside of work, John stays busy with family, coaching and RTD Ministries. He is passionate about being a devoted husband, father and friend, helping others discover their own passions and continuing to learn how to learn.

And when it comes to fun? Sports, sports and more sports, especially the Cubs and Eagles. ⚾🏈
