Heart, Body, & Soul CoMo’s largest metaphysical bookstore and center for conscious living! Heart, Body, & Soul was born from a book club. The shop reopened poignantly at Imbolc.

After a wonderful time of friendship, discussion about the meaning of life, and plenty of good times reading, Cat & Deb left their previous professions- entrepreneurship for Deb, and law for Cat- and joined forces to create Heart, Body, & Soul.

10 years later, Brandi and Kevin were privileged (crazy enough?) to buy the shop from our 2 marvelous founders, who had built a great place to buy spiritu

al stuff and foster a true sense of community. Brandi can't blame her mother too much over the years, but for this, she and Kevin will! Brandi took Mom to the shop during a Thanksgiving visit and learned it would close at the New Year. Mom suggested instantly, "Why don't you buy it?" When Brandi got home, Kevin asked if she had bought 'all the books', and Brandi grinned sheepishly. A whirlwind of activity later, with a pace that had to be aided by magic, Brandi and Kevin closed the deal on New Year's Eve with one month to remodel and restock. Heart, Body, & Soul will always be a fun place to shop, but Brandi and Kevin bought it for so much more: this is a unique place in our community that focuses on the broader spiritual practice and serves as a safe gathering space where we share laugh and learn whether it is Saturday's coffee and conversation or revitalizing Sacred Sunday (🤞) services or even just putting on a class about how to make incense, or what is astrology? Anything you can dream of, we are here for you!

Join us for Coffee & Conversation, a free and informal weekly gathering on Saturdays at 11 am where we explore a different topic each week in a relaxed, welcoming space. Whether you're sipping your favorite coffee, tea, or smoothie, you're invited to bring your drink of choice and connect with neighbors and new friends over meaningful (and fun!) conversation. No pressure, no prep—just good people, good vibes, and a new discussion every time.

In this astrology class, we’ll learn about the 8 phases of the Moon, discover the significance of the Moon phase you were born under, and explore how your personal lunar rhythm can reveal patterns in how you initiate, build, reflect, release, and begin again.

We’ll also move beyond simply understanding the Moon to using her cycles as a mindful framework for everyday life—helping you structure personal productivity, self-care, reflection, goal setting, and intentional rest.
