Today, UMG Urgent Care was honored to attend the Maryland Apprenticeship Program Induction Day in partnership with Howard County, Howard County Public Schools, and so many incredible community partners.

We are excited to be part of a program that invests in the next generation of healthcare professionals and helps shape the future workforce. Providing students with real-world experiences, mentorship, and career opportunities is an investment in the health and success of our community.

A sincere thank you to Howard County, Howard County Public Schools, and all of the partners who made this program possible. We are proud to collaborate with organizations that share our commitment to education, workforce development, and community impact.

Just a little over a year ago, we opened the doors to UMG Urgent Care, and one of the very first things we did was join the Howard County Chamber of Commerce. I never realized just how much community, support, relationships, and value it would bring; not only to our business, but to me personally.

To our patients and community: thank you for supporting us, trusting us with your care, and allowing us to serve you. Building something meaningful alongside this community has been one of the greatest privileges.

Congratulations to all of the other honorees today. It’s an honor to be recognized alongside such inspiring leaders.
