Have you thought about food safety during pregnancy?
Keeping you and your baby healthy starts with what’s on your plate. Try these simple tips:
- Cook seafood, meat, poultry, and eggs to safe internal temperatures.
- Avoid unpasteurized (raw) juice or milk, raw sprouts, and soft cheeses made from unpasteurized milk.
- Reheat deli meats and hot dogs until steaming hot (165°F).
