Technology can be an essential tool for individuals who are blind and visually impaired. Everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning and paying bills can be completed efficiently and independently with the right devices.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Hannah Paquette describes different ways to check off your to-do list using tech. Read her insights by visiting the link in the comments.

PD: Across the slides, text states how technology can help you cook by asking your smart home device to find and read a recipe, clean by using an automatic vacuum, and pay bills by using online banking with a device with a screen reader. The final slide has the title of Hannah’s post: Technology is the everyday friend to individuals with low or no vision.
