Colon Hydrotherapy also known as colonics is a holistic/alternative approach to improving your gut health. Colonics is a 45-50 minute non-invasive detox/cleanse or in my favorite word “internal bath” of the 5-7 foot long colon where you can hold 5 to 20 pounds accumulated waste. It’s a gentle infusion of temperature controlled filtered water to irrigate the toxins sitting there. Helps improve entire body function as it is a gut reset and can increase your energy levels, mental clarity, digestion, metabolism, immune system and many more benefits.
