Yes, it’s true… but don’t panic! Colon hydrotherapy is designed to be a gentle and comfortable experience. 💦

A small, one-time-use disposable nozzle — about the size of a pencil — is gently inserted approximately 1–2 inches into the re**um. From there, purified warm water flows gently into the colon to support the cleansing process.

No need to be scared or embarrassed — your comfort and privacy come first. 🫶🏼 Most people are surprised by how simple and gentle the process actually is!
