Meet Our Team! Dr. Hannah Evans grew up in Northeast Alabama. Hannah was a year-round athlete, competing in basketball, volleyball, and softball before continuing her collegiate basketball career at Gadsden State Community College. She graduated summa cm laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Biology from Jacksonville State University before earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of South Alabama. During PT school, she served as Intramural Chair, bringing classmates together through competition and community.
Originally planning to pursue mathematics and coaching, Hannah’s path changed in 2017 when her dad sustained a spinal cord injury. Watching his recovery firsthand revealed the life-changing impact of physical therapy. Looking back, Hannah is grateful for the way God used that season to redirect her path toward a career she now considers a calling—one that allows her to combine her passion for movement, competition, meaningful relationships, and serving others.
Hannah is passionate about helping athletes and active individuals continue doing what they love, even in the presence of an injury. Her goal is to bridge the gap between injury and exercise by helping patients understand what they can do, not just what they should avoid, so they can move with confidence throughout their recovery. Her approach to rehabilitation is individualized, challenging, and encouraging, with a focus on educating patients on how to modify movement, build resilience, and develop the confidence to manage their symptoms while pursuing the activities that matter most. She is also certified in Dry Needling.
Outside the clinic, Hannah enjoys spending time on the water, attending live music with friends, learning new things, and spending quality time with her family. She strives to bring that same curiosity, energy, and enthusiasm into every patient interaction
