Most people think sleep apnea means one thing: a CPAP machine and a loud snore. But the truth is, sleep-disordered breathing is a spectrum, and you might be somewhere on it without ever knowing. ๐ด
Snoring, UARS, and sleep apnea are all part of the same continuum. And the signs don't always look the way you'd expect:
๐ฎโ๐จ Mouth breathing
๐ฌ Grinding and clenching
๐ค Morning headaches
๐ซ๏ธ Poor concentration
๐ด Daytime fatigue
๐ฉ Waking up unrefreshed
Not everyone with these symptoms has an airway issue. But the airway may be part of the picture, and that's worth exploring.
Here's what I want you to know: you don't need a diagnosis to start asking questions. If something feels off, trust that instinct.
Save this and share it with someone who needs to see it. ๐
Questions? Let's connect and talk about it.
