Awareness of the problem is not the same as solving it.

Sometimes, identifying the problem feels like the biggest breakthrough.

But what if that’s only the beginning?

Certain tools and protocols can be important steps, especially early in the process. But they may not represent the entire picture.

This conversation challenges the idea that healing should always revolve around simply “killing” or eliminating something.

Instead, it asks us to think bigger:

➡️ What comes after identifying the problem?
➡️ What does the body need next?
➡️ How do we move beyond Level One?

Watch this thought-provoking clip and hear a different perspective on what a more complete healing process could look like.

Do you think the wellness industry sometimes focuses too much on the problem and not enough on what comes next?

Think of your body like an orchestra.

An orchestra has many different sections - violins, cellos, basses, and more.

But simply putting all the instruments together doesn't create beautiful music.

They need coordination, timing, balance, and direction.

Your body works in a similar way.

Every system has a role, and the goal is for those systems to work together as efficiently and harmoniously as possible.

In this analogy, the practitioner is like the conductor - helping guide the process rather than simply focusing on one instrument.

What if a deficiency is only part of the story?

A lab result can tell you what is happening but sometimes, the more important question is why it’s happening.

For example, instead of simply seeing a B-vitamin deficiency and adding more B vitamins, this approach asks:

➡️ Why isn’t the body absorbing them?
➡️ Why might the body be overutilizing them?
➡️ Why isn’t the body getting enough nutrition from food?
➡️ What part of the body may not be functioning optimally?

That shift from simply addressing the deficiency to understanding the root cause can change how we think about the healing process.

🌀 Healing is a cycle, not just a quick fix.

Do you believe asking “WHY?” is just as important as treating the symptom?

09/02/2026

Healing isn’t something you can and shouldn’t rush.

We often think that going straight to the deepest “root” of a problem is the answer. But your body has its own brilliant design and its own order of healing.

The goal isn’t simply to go deeper.

It’s to know when, where, and how deep to go.

The right process.
The right timing.
The right amount.

🌀 Every healing journey is a process, not a race.

Your Body Was Designed to Heal—But Healing Has an Order.

We often focus on the symptom we want to eliminate.

But what if the symptom isn’t where the healing process needs to begin?

Your body has an incredible capacity to adapt, repair, and heal. Yet healing takes time and it can happen in a specific sequence.

In this conversation, we explore why supporting the body with the right things, at the right time, in the right order, and in the right amounts can be an important part of the healing process.

Instead of constantly asking, “Why am I having this symptom?”

Consider asking:

“What does my body need right now to keep moving forward?”

🎙️ Listen to the full conversation to explore why healing isn’t about rushing the process it’s about supporting the body in the right sequence.

Healing Isn’t Linear. It Happens in Cycles.

We often expect healing to be a straight line: start a program, feel better, and move on.

But the reality can be very different.

Healing takes time. And sometimes, it can look more like a spiral moving through cycles and gradually going deeper into the process.

In this conversation, we explore why completing only one phase of a healing process may not always be enough. The body may need additional cycles to continue working through the layers that are contributing to imbalance.

Healing isn’t about rushing to the finish line.

It’s about continuing the process and going deeper.

Could Hormonal Health Be About More Than Just Managing Symptoms?

In this episode, Dr. Erika Schultz sits down with Dr. Aimee Duffy for a deeper conversation about hormones and their role in overall health.

Hormones don’t work in isolation. The body needs to be able to receive, process, and respond to them properly.

Their conversation explores the research connecting hormonal health with areas such as cognitive function, bone health, cardiovascular health, and chronic disease.

The question becomes: Are we looking only at hormone levels or are we also looking at the body’s ability to respond?

This is the core principle behind everything we do.

We don't treat conditions. We expand the body's capacity to heal. That's not semantics it's a total shift in what healing means. Instead of fighting or suppressing, we restore the intelligence your body was born with and let it do the heavy lifting, while we simply clear what's in the way.

Listen closely this one's a biological fact, not a pep talk.

Every cell in your body is still oriented toward homeostasis and repair. That intelligence hasn't gone anywhere. It's simply buried under layers of interference that have never been properly identified.

In Episode 20, The Resiliency Method® exists to uncover those layers, remove them in the right order, and restore the conditions your body needs to heal itself.

Give this one a listen.

We don't treat conditions. We expand the body's capacity to heal.

That's not a semantic difference it's a complete philosophical overhaul of what healing even means. Treating a condition means fighting something, suppressing something, correcting something, with the practitioner doing the heavy lifting and the body just along for the ride.

Expanding healing capacity is different. We train your biology and restore the intelligence you were born with to regulate, repair, and renew itself. The body does the heavy lifting we just remove what's blocking it and deliver the right signals in the right order.
