Every admissions cycle, we receive applications that are submitted close to the deadline but are unable to be considered because CASPA does not complete the verification process by August 1. We know how much time, effort, and dedication go into preparing a competitive application, which is why we encourage applicants to submit well in advance of the deadline.

✔️ Applications must be received and verified by CASPA by August 1.

✔️ GRE scores must also be verified by CASPA by August 1.

Submitting early allows time for CASPA to verify your materials before the August 1 deadline and helps ensure your application is eligible for consideration!

On Friday, we celebrated an important milestone for the Ohio University Physician Assistant Program Class of 2028 during our White Coat Ceremony.

Following the successful completion of their first semester, students received their white coats, a symbol of professionalism, compassion, and their commitment to providing patient-centered care.

The White Coat Ceremony marks the beginning of their journey as healthcare professionals and serves as a reminder of the trust and responsibility that come with caring for others.
