Happy First of June 🤍

We’ve arrived at the beautiful midpoint of the year… paired with the energy of a powerful Blue Moon — a powerful time for reflection, release, and realignment.

This morning, as I sit quietly watching the sunrise and listening to the life unfolding all around me — the birds singing, the buzzing of the bees, the soft hum of hummingbird wings — I’m reminded of the power of pause.

Even in the busiest seasons, taking a moment to simply breathe and be feels sacred. It’s as though it allows you to exhale a little more completely.

And maybe that feels fitting for this time of year.

Because much like a book, the middle is often where the transformation happens. The beginning introduced the characters, the dreams, the challenges… but the midpoint? That’s where clarity starts to unfold. Where growth begins to take shape. Where the story shifts.

The middle chapters are often the turning point — the place where we decide whether we stay the same or rise into something new.

So as we step into this new month and the second half of the year begins to slowly come into view, I invite you to reflect:

What will this next chapter look like for you?

What are you being called to release?
What parts of yourself are asking to be nurtured?
What dreams are quietly waiting for you to believe in them again?

June feels like an invitation to slow down long enough to hear your own inner wisdom beneath all the noise.
