Looking for a great herbal postpartum bath soak? This is a great one! You can make enough for a few baths or for just one. You would brew this like hot tea FIRST, strain it, and then add it to your bath. You can also put this in your peri bottle to use as a rinse.

It is grounding.
It is reminding a woman of her strength.

I am so deeply grateful for this work and for every family who has trusted me to walk alongside them in such an intimate time. Truly, it is an honor I never take lightly.
