Our office hours and lab schedule have been updated, but our team is still available during our regular reachable hours to help with scheduling, questions, refills, and more.

Another Minute with Kari! 💚

This time, Kari and Torrie are talking about some of the most common concerns we hear when it comes to hormones—hair loss, low libido, fatigue, sleep problems, weight gain, joint pain, irritability, brain fog, and more.

Hormonal changes, especially declining estrogen, can affect so many different areas of the body. However, symptoms such as hair loss can also be connected to thyroid function, genetics, rapid weight loss, nutrition, or other factors—which is why lab work is so important.

✨ A Minute with Kari — with special guest Torrie! ✨

This week Kari and Torrie are talking all about perimenopause and what it can actually look like in real life. 🤍

Torrie shares a little about her own experience with things like not sleeping well, feeling hot at night, fatigue, headaches, skin changes, and just not quite feeling like herself.

One thing they both really wanted to point out is that perimenopause looks different for everyone. Some women have hot flashes and night sweats, some don’t. Some notice brain fog, mood changes, low libido, hair changes, weight changes… and sometimes it’s a mix of everything.

There really isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer, and sometimes it takes a little time and adjusting to figure out what works best for you.

Help Rocco’s Remedy Find Our Next Home! 🏡💚

Well, we have some unexpected news! Our office building was recently sold, and we’ve now been given notice that we’ll need to relocate Rocco’s Remedy within the next two months.

While the timing wasn’t exactly what I had planned 😂, I’m choosing to look at this as an opportunity to find an even better home for our practice — and we thought, who better to ask than all of you?

We’re currently looking in the Eugene/Coburg area, with easy access from I-5 being especially important.

Our wish list:

Great, easy parking
A safe and welcoming location
Windows and natural light ☀️
At least two private rooms
A small reception/waiting area
Ideally located alongside other complementary businesses such as wellness, fitness, aesthetics, massage, physical therapy, chiropractic, hyperbaric, or other health-related services
We don’t need a huge space — just something comfortable, professional, accessible, and a good fit for our patients and practice.

If you know of an available space, a business with extra space to share, or even something that may be becoming available soon, please let us know! Sometimes the best opportunities never make it to a public listing, so we are putting the word out to our fabulous community (:
