Step Ahead also offers The OPTIFAST Program, a time tested successful program which is geared towards more rapid weight loss and uses nutritional meal replacement products. The program offers education, support and a transitio

n program to help with maintenance and success long term. Appetite suppressants can be used in conjunction with any of our weight loss programs if necessary. A registered dietician is on staff to offer education and guidance with meals, cooking and shopping. We have an on-site personal training center with a personal trainer to offer private, individualized exercise programs, as well as small class exercise options.

There’s something so motivating about getting outside, moving your body, and surrounding yourself with people working toward healthier habits together. These walks are a reminder that wellness doesn’t have to be extreme — sometimes it’s as simple as fresh air, conversation, steps, and consistency.

💐 Mother’s Day Healthy Pancakes 💐

Looking for a delicious Mother’s Day breakfast that feels indulgent while still supporting your health goals? These fluffy Greek Yogurt Oat Pancakes are packed with protein, fiber, and flavor — the perfect balanced brunch to celebrate Mom! 🥞✨

✨ Ingredients:
• 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
• 2 eggs
• 2 Tbsp maple syrup
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups oat flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• Pinch of salt
• Olive oil or butter for cooking

Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, bananas, or berries 🍓🍌

✨ Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla.
2. Add oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until just combined — don’t overmix!
3. Heat oil or butter in a nonstick pan over medium-low heat.
4. Scoop about ¼ cup batter per pancake into the pan. Cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles form and bottoms are golden.
5. Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until cooked through.
6. Repeat with remaining batter.

Top with Greek yogurt, whipped Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of maple syrup for the ultimate healthy brunch moment 🍓✨
