🌈Meet Stephan Noll, LAPC!🌈

✨Stephan is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor who believes everyone deserves the opportunity to feel safe, happy, and healthy while living as their genuine self. His counseling style is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), with an approach that is supportive, practical, and tailored to each person’s needs.

✨Before becoming a counselor, Stephan earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from NDSU. In 2022, he made a major career change and went on to earn his master’s degree in counseling from UND in 2025.

✨Outside of work, Stephan enjoys reading, disc golf, gardening, concerts, and spending time with his partner and their four children. Each year, he plants more than 50 varieties of flowers in their family garden!

✨Stephan currently has openings and currently accepts the following insurances:

• BCBS of North Dakota Traditional plans
• BCBS of North Dakota Medicaid Expansion
• North Dakota Medicaid

As a friendly reminder for our Minnesota today is primary election day in Minnesota. This is your opportunity to make your voice heard for who you would like to see on the ballot in the November general elections. Voting hours are 7am-8pm.
