We’re making progress on Franklin Hospital’s front entrance!

When the work is complete, you’ll see a cleaner, more welcoming canopy with better lighting and improved drainage, along with a new Emergency Department entrance and a new main entrance lobby.

So, why all the construction? The existing canopy has been in need of significant repairs, including major drainage issues, and we discovered it was never properly connected to the hospital building.

We know the temporary entrance has been an adjustment, and we appreciate your patience as we work toward a better experience for our patients, visitors and community.

Join the Franklin County Recovery Center on Sunday, September 6, from 10 a.m.–1 p.m. at Meeting House Park in downtown Farmington for a day of community, connection and celebration of recovery.

The event will include music, family activities, community resources, voices of recovery, a remembrance wall and a Recovery Walk honoring those impacted by substance use disorder.

Everyone is welcome!

Join us for the 3rd Annual Franklin County Recovery Center Recovery Rally on Sunday, September 6, 2026, from 10:00am to 1:00pm at Meeting House Park, 139 Main Street in downtown Farmington. The event will be held rain or shine.

The rally is a community event where peers, families, partners, and neighbors can raise awareness of substance use disorder, celebrate recovery, and connect with resources for health, home, purpose, and community.

The day will include music, voices of recovery, family activities, community resources, a remembrance wall, and a Recovery Walk to honor those impacted and show community support.
