Have summer plans and need to keep your hair healthy and protected? Here are a few tips for your best summer hair!
1. Try avoiding extra heat when possible as this can further damage and dry out your hair during the summer months. Opt in for airdrying hair with leave-in conditioners/mousse and heatless hair styles!
2. Keep up with regular trims to reduce split ends and breakage. Salt water and chlorine can dry out the hair making it important to keep up with those ends!
3. Apply a leave in conditioner before going swimming and use a detangler or leave-in after swimming to avoid those tough tangles.
4. Ask your stylist about a deep conditioning treatment at your next appointment to restore moisture OR inquire about our new product QOAT to add a protective layer to your hair!
5. Ask your stylist about a gloss treatment to up keep with your color, especially for lighter hair colors! This will help with dryness for color treated hair and keep your color looking fresh!
