Posterior shoulder pain can make simple activities like reaching overhead, lifting weights, throwing, or even sleeping uncomfortable.
The good news? Not all shoulder pain comes from the shoulder itself. The muscles around the shoulder blade, rotator cuff, upper back, and neck can all contribute to pain in the back of the shoulder.
In this video, I go over a few exercises that may help improve mobility, stability, and function of the shoulder complex.
Remember, exercises are not one-size-fits-all. If your shoulder pain has been lingering, getting evaluated can help identify the root cause and get you on the right track.
