Today I started with pull-ups without assistance.
The goal was more reps.
The reality? It wasn't happening. 😂
So I grabbed a light band and kept going.
And honestly, that's exactly how fitness should work.
Not every workout will look perfect.
Not every day will be your strongest.
The key is knowing how to adjust instead of quit.
That's one of the things I love about training women in my private garage gym.
No judgment.
No pressure.
No feeling like you have to prove anything.
We simply meet you where you are and build from there.
Because progress doesn't come from being perfect.
It comes from continuing to show up. 💪
