🩷 BV: Let’s Talk About Prevention! 🩷

Bacterial vaginosis (BV) happens when the natural balance of bacteria in the va**na gets disrupted. It’s common, treatable, and NOT a sign that you’re “dirty.” 🫶🏽

💗 Remember: The va**na is self-cleaning! You don’t need to disrupt its natural balance to keep it healthy.

If you notice a strong/fishy odor, unusual discharge, irritation, or symptoms that keep coming back, talk with a healthcare professional. BV is treatable, but symptoms can overlap with other infections—so getting checked is important.
