A quieter pain signal may make movement, sleep, or therapy more comfortable. It does not automatically mean tissue capacity has returned.

Laser therapy can support recovery conditions; it does not complete recovery by itself. The plan may still need to address strength, mobility, work demands, training errors, metabolic health, or structural pathology.

Integrative medicine begins by asking a different question.

Instead of asking, “Which diagnosis explains these symptoms?” the evaluation asks, “Which regulatory systems are no longer coordinating effectively?”

The body compensates for months or even years before symptoms become impossible to ignore.

Headaches With a Normal MRI 🤦
Why the Neck, Nerves, and Jaw Matter

The MRI report arrives with reassuring words: no mass, no bleeding, no obvious structural explanation.

For a moment, there is relief.

Then the headache returns.

It appears during computer work, after driving, while chewing, following a stressful day, or when the neck remains in one position too long. The test may be reassuring, but the pain is still real—and the unanswered question remains.

Why does the system keep producing a headache when the brain MRI appears normal?

July is UV Awareness Month 😎☀️

Also called UV Safety Month, this public health observance is dedicated to raising awareness about the harmful effects of UV radiation from the sun and artificial sources like tanning beds. UV radiation is a type of electromagnetic energy that can damage the skin and eyes.

There are two main types of UV rays that reach the Earth: UVA, which penetrates deep into the skin causing premature aging and contributing to skin cancer, and UVB, which primarily causes sunburn and also plays a key role in skin cancer development.

Ways to Protect Yourself:

☀️Applying broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher and reapplying every 2–3 hours

☀️Wearing protective clothing, hats, and UV-blocking sunglasses

☀️Seeking shade during peak sun hours (~10a-2p)

☀️Avoiding tanning beds, which emit harmful UV radiation
