what’s currently in my yoga bag 🧘‍♀️ as a yoga teacher who is on the go with life, working in tech, and balancing other workouts — here is a closer look at what’s inside!

the bag that holds it all: 🖤 8 pockets, dual water bottle holders, switchable strap. game changer

👡 flip flops (post-class feet need to breathe)
🧘 yoga mat (forgetting brand rn but they make adorable home rugs too!)
🕶️ sunglasses
💧 glass water bottle + electrolytes (hydration is non-negotiable and I love the taste of these - lemon lime or rasp are my go tos)
🎧 headphones (for teaching playlists + pre-class focus)
👛 wallet
📓 notepad (for class flow and just in case, always)
💋 lip stick + ***a peptide lip plump (clean ingredients, not sticky)
✨ Glow Screen tinted SPF (because I’m outside between classes)
🌿 essential oil mat cleaner
🌸 essential oil blend (what I gift at every single one of my events 🤍)
👟 classics (I hit weights or cardio before class). This pair is treasure to me as I got them in London and the color no longer is sold.
🥩 turkey + chicken sticks (real food, no junk)
🍫 plant protein bar (functional ingredients, not filler)
🪮 round brush
🖇️ claw clips are elite (on hair regrowth journey!)
