Humans are "spirits", who have "souls" (mind, will, & emotions), and live in "bodies" (temporary physical avatars). Spirits are WHAT we are. Souls are WHO we are. Bodies are HOW we appear and interface. The eternal spirit of a person is derived from God and will outlive the body.
