Melinda has been teaching group fitness and training clients since 2009 following a successful professional dance career in New York City. She has taught at high-profile boutique studios and was recognized by Washingtonian Magazine as one of the โ€œTop 8 Trainers to Whip You Into Shape.โ€

Her Wednesday class, Barre Burn, blends barre, Pilates, yoga, and dance-inspired movement into a workout that is energizing, approachable, and designed for all levels.
