What an absolutely amazing, Reiki weekend!

I had the absolute honor of participating in and taking the new online Healthcare Reiki Class in person at ZenSourceful Living Reiki in Omaha. Thank you Rebecca for opening and sharing your space and hosting myself and the the other 3 beautiful souls. Thank you Tracey for your time, meticulous training, teaching structure, energy and expertise in leading this class.

This is a profound healing frequency. It was a very thoughtful, thorough and well structured class that I am honored and grateful to have been a part of.

Thank you Tracey Sullivan and Pam Allen-LeBlanc for creating a beautiful and powerful training, class and certification. Your time, commitment, and energies were felt throughout and Earth, the Collective, the Universe and all of humanity can and will benefit and are blessed to have this frequency being introduced and available for their healing journey(s).

Thank you also to the other Reiki Masters, who sat beside me in class and walk beside me on this path; for your gentle energies, dedication, and commitment to Reiki, honoring, learning, growing, and sharing.

Your First Reiki Session

Your first Reiki session is often deeply relaxing, gentle, and surprisingly peaceful.

Here’s what it may feel like:
• Warmth or coolness where hands are placed
• Gentle tingling, waves, or pulsing
• Deep calm, like a meditation or nap
• Emotional release (tears, laughter, or big exhales)
• Feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded afterward

You simply lie down fully clothed, breathe, and receive. Your energy knows exactly what to do.
