HERS is proud to support and host a table at the Stanford Cancer Institute (SCI) Breast Cancer and African Americans Conference. This is a powerful day focused on education, connection, and closing the gap in breast cancer outcomes for Black women.

This impactful event brings together community members, survivors, caregivers, and experts for a day of culturally tailored education, resources, and support. Attendees will gain practical tools, hear inspiring stories, and connect with others dedicated to improving health outcomes in our communities.

• Health & wellness resource fair
• Breast cancer care kits for those in treatment
• Breakfast, lunch, and meaningful takeaways

Bay Area Cancer Connections (BACC) offers a virtual support group starting Monday, July 6th. Participants can share experiences, discuss treatment challenges, explore coping strategies, and find strength in a community that understands.

Our friends at Washington Health have launched a new Health & Wellness Podcast Series, bringing expert health information directly to you in a convenient, conversation-style format. New episodes will be released every other Thursday beginning July 16, covering topics such as cancer care, joint replacement, nutrition, mental health, and more.
