One of the most common questions I get during consultations is, “Does it hurt?” or “How painful is it?”

The good news is that most patients are pleasantly surprised by how tolerable the treatment is. While you may feel a small pinch or brief discomfort at the injection site, the sensation is minimal and typically lasts only a few seconds.

To help make the experience as comfortable as possible, I apply a topical numbing cream before treatment and provide ice packs before and after the procedure whenever needed.
