I just love the shape and wing of this permanent eyeliner. If you’re wondering if eyeliner hurts I’ll say it’s a lot less painful with my technique than the old style permanent eyeliner. Numbing is always involved. It does take a little more time to build soft pixels but less trauma to the sensitive thin skin. Worth it! Text me to learn more (559)385-8737.
