Prenatal yoga is a space to move, breathe, and feel good in your changing body. It can help with back and hip pain, improve sleep, build strength for labor, and give you a chance to connect with other moms going through the same season.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Community Class in honor of PTSD Awareness Month. It was so meaningful to move together, raise awareness, and give back—proceeds were donated to charity in support of this important cause.

It was also an honor to have members of join us, support the class, and help raise awareness alongside our community.

Meet Nutashia ✨

Nutashia is a dedicated yoga therapist and teacher with extensive training in trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and holistic movement. Her certifications include YogaFit for Warriors (PTSD), Veterans Yoga Project MRT (Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery), Yin Yoga, Mindfulness Yoga, Mat Pilates, Yoga Body Psychology, Sound Therapy, Transformational Yoga Coaching, and Yoga Philosophy & Meditation Facilitation.

She is currently completing her 1000-hour Integrated Yoga Therapy program and will soon earn her C-IAYT credential, along with advanced Yoga Nidra training this September.

Nutashia’s approach is grounded in healing, resilience, and deep mind-body awareness, offering supportive practices that meet each student exactly where they are 🤍

Meet Janine Rose ✨

Janine is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher trained in both Hatha and Ta**ra yoga lineages, blending breathwork, mindful movement, traditional yoga, and uplifting energy into every class. Her teaching combines Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ta**ra techniques, and even a little laughter yoga to create a feel-good practice for all levels.

Each class is uniquely sequenced to support different areas of the body while focusing on alignment, strength, flexibility, and connection between mind and body. Expect energizing flows, thoughtful guidance, and long nourishing savasanas to leave you feeling restored and inspired 🤍
