Happy Father's Day to the CFG gym dads!

The ones fixing things, carrying all the groceries in one trip, telling the same jokes over and over, and somehow still finding time to take care of themselves.

Your kids may roll their eyes now, but they're watching. They're learning what commitment, hard work, and showing up looks like.

We're thankful for all the dads who make our community stronger—both inside and outside the gym.
