🌱 RAD.ISH IS OFFICIALLY OPEN 🌱

Okay, Grand Rapids… we’re doing this. 🥹

Orders are officially open on the Rad.ish website!

This first menu is a little trial run while I get settled into my new kitchen and find my rhythm. I’m keeping quantities limited, so orders are first come, first served and will be open through Thursday, September 3rd — or until we sell out.

Pickup is Saturday, September 5th. ❤️

But honestly, this isn’t really about one menu or one dish.

What I’m most excited about is finally getting to show you what Rad.ish is all about.

I want to work with the beautiful produce being grown by our local farmers and take what’s available, what’s fresh, and what’s in season — and then see what I can create with it.

Sometimes that might become a Poke Bowl.
Sometimes it might become something completely different.

That’s the fun of Rad.ish. 🌱

I have so many ideas for what I want to create, and I’m incredibly excited to start bringing them to life here in Grand Rapids.

I hope you’ll come along for the ride and let me show you what I can do with local produce, a little imagination, and plants.

This is just the beginning. ❤️

I’m a vendor with Merchants and Makers and I’ll will be all set up with Dot Cakes, cookies and quick bread all made from local and hyper local ingredients! Detailed information below ✨✨✨
Saturday, July 11th from 9 AM – 4 PM, come downtown Grand Haven and shop with 100+ local makers along the beautiful riverfront.
This is a free community event filled with handmade goods, small businesses, and the best of West Michigan creativity.

We are officially 2 weeks away from Opening Day! Follow along as we highlight many of the wonderful vendors you will find at the Grandville Farmers Market this summer.

On Thursday evenings, Phoenix & Rose will be selling their vegan baked goods.

From vegan street food roots in Traverse City to handcrafted baked goods inspired by family tradition, Phoenix & Rose is a celebration of heritage, comfort, and kindness.

Featuring my grandmother’s cookies reimagined vegan, plus fluffy vegan milk bread served with local farm-fresh fruit compote.
