I’m back from the “wilderness” and I have a whole new perspective!

Thank you to the Greensboro Chapter of The Links, Inc (shout out to Dr. Felicia Millner) for the invitation to speak at their women’s conference dedicated to the Peri/menopausal woman. My talk was about sexual health as we transition through menopause. They had other specialists: cardiology, dermatology, mental health, nutrition, and another Ob/gyn to address all of our issues. So well done, ladies! Thank you and for being my social media team without me asking. 🩷🩷🩷

I am leaning in to my concierge physician patient advocate role and this event let me know I am headed in the right direction.

Some personal rules for success from the Miracle Monday session this morning.

1. Hang around people who are successful.
2. Read and 3. Study
4. Pray before you encounter someone or something that may be difficult.
5. Don’t sweat the small stuff.
6. Acknowledge that the venom is about them and not you. (watch the video for more context.)
