Being raw and vulnerable isn’t easy. Sharing the parts of our story that once caused us pain takes courage.
But when I say that I coach from a place of knowing, I mean it.
I coach from a place of lived experience. From understanding. From years of therapy, healing, unlearning, rebuilding, and doing the work on myself.
I don’t speak from a place of judgment or from believing I have all the answers. I speak from a place of love, compassion, and genuine understanding—because I’ve been there.
I know what it feels like to lose yourself.
To question your worth.
To stay too long.
To start over.
To carry things you never should have had to carry.
And I know how lonely healing can feel.
I walked through so much of my own journey feeling like I had to figure it out alone.
