I have wanted to start a podcast for the last 5 years. This week, I stopped talking about it and actually started it!

I purchased podcast equipment a year ago and the craziest thing about that is, I'm not even using it to start my podcast.

Because there is one thing I came to the realization about, is that things do not need to perfect to START. Whatever it is. Just go for it. With OR without the expensive equipment. Just do the damn thing.

I was making it bigger in my mind than it had to be. It does not need to be perfect, it just has to be real and authentic.

The momentum and more advanced recordings will come with experience!

So for now, Welcome to the Zenergy Awakening Podcast - a messy, raw, spiritual podcast where I share astrology, spiritual tools and practices, as well as the wisdom I've gained in my own spiritual journey. I will also eventually interview others in the holistic healing community as well.

I hope you enjoy the content. If you do, please consider subscribing and feel free to share with anyone else you think would benefit from it as well.

Stop scrolling. Put your phone down. Get out into nature to give your nervous system a break. We are consuming way too many notifications, caught in loops of scrolling and society is wondering why we are more anxiety ridden, disconnected and depressed than we ever have been.

The reason is literally right in front of your face. The simplest way to heal your energy is to put the damn phone down and get outside. ✌️

If any of you struggle with meditation, I highly recommend Junk Journaling! It puts you in such a meditative state where you are fully immersed in taking some of your old memories whether it's stickers, past tickets of yours, pictures, etc. and just creating your own art all while finding a form of stillness.

My favorite things to junk journal with are apparently mushrooms, butterflies and flower stickers 🤣🍄🦋🌸

Just a reminder to find childlike joy, no matter what it is. Life does not have to be as serious as we make it out to be. Energy healing can literally be anything that helps you to balance your nervous system ✨️

As I take some time off for my own healing journey and to completely restructure my business, I'm going to continue to share my own journey in hopes it helps someone else to find joy, creativity, self expression, health and wellness!

The art of Junk journaling is considered a highly therapeutic activity. The combination of tactile crafting and unstructured self-expression helps reduce stress, ease anxiety, and promote mindfulness.

Sometimes all we need to feel balanced, is to get lost in our own form of art.

Without going into too much detail, I’ve decided to take a step back from seeing Zenergy Healing clients, aside from those who are already scheduled.

I’ve spent many years supporting others on their healing journeys, guiding them through darkness toward their own light and inner balance.

After eight years of holding two roles, I’m choosing to take this time for myself. This is a period for deeper healing, allowing me to fully immerse in and expand my own spiritual practices.

I have a feeling that this period of space and self-focus will transform Zenergy Healing, opening the door to a new trajectory that’s more aligned with my evolving purpose.

Thank you to everyone from the bottom of my heart who have supported me up until this point. This isn't goodbye, this is me listening to God/The Universe in order to create a life that is more balanced and in alignment with who I'm becoming.

Change is the only constant. The more we resist it, the more adversity and difficulty we experience. The more we welcome it with open arms and trust in God/Universe, the more ease and flow we can experience in our lives.

Your true and authentic path will open up only when you release control of the outcome. Your life may look entirely different than you envisioned it, but it will be exactly how it should be. 🙏

Idk about all of you but I'm ready for Aries Season, the Spring Equinox to begin and Mercury Retrograde to end tomorrow ✨️

Why tf are we taking this beautiful life so seriously? None of us are getting out alive anyway 💃

I'm finally done shrinking to make myself more digestible to others. I have so much to offer this world. Maybe by shining my light unapologetically, it will influence someone watching to do the same ✨️
