A family legacy lives on at Eats Mesquite Grill.

After years of working alongside her father, Mark, Renna is now carrying forward the business he poured so much of himself into. His presence can still be felt through the customers who remember him, the employees who helped build the restaurant, and the community that continues to support the family.

For Renna, stepping into ownership is about more than running a restaurant. It’s about honoring her dad and continuing something he left behind that she’s incredibly proud of.

Juarez Mexican Restaurant has come a long way from handwritten orders and traditional cash registers. As the restaurant grew, so did its operations, with new technology, dedicated bartenders, expanded teams and systems designed to better serve every guest.
The methods may have evolved, but the heart behind the restaurant remains the same: family, hard work and great service.

At Juarez Mexican Restaurant, learning the business started from the ground up. 🍽️✨

The journey began as a 13-year-old dishwasher and continued through nearly every role in the restaurant: kitchen helper, busser, host, server and eventually leadership.

Restaurant life wasn't always the original plan, but years of experience created a deeper appreciation for the family business and an opportunity to build on everything his parents started.

For Juarez Mexican Restaurant, the story goes back to 1996. 🌮❤️

Growing up in the family restaurant meant learning firsthand just how much work goes into running a business. From washing dishes at 13 to eventually helping lead the restaurant, the next generation has taken the foundation built by their father and continued evolving it while staying true to its roots.

Nearly three decades later, Juarez is still serving the community with the same hardworking spirit that started it all.
