💚We had a great evening learning about women’s mental health with Mariah Bauer, MSN-PMHNP. 💚

The discussion covered signs of emotional distress, the stigma around mental health, and how to find support when needed. It was engaging and helpful for women at all stages of life.

Participants also potted their own plants to take home, as a reminder of the importance of self-care and taking time to slow down. 🪴

Thank you to Mariah for sharing her expertise and to everyone who joined us. We look forward to the next sessions in the series!

🤝Special thanks to our partners at LifeSpring Health Systems for making this series possible.
