🌈She’s in her peds PT era… and we’re here for it! 🐢

Everyone, meet Lily! 🎉 She’s joining Steady Strides for her Doctor of Physical Therapy clinical rotation throughout July and August. Lily is a DPT student from Baylor University, and I couldn’t be more excited to have her here!

Over the next several weeks, she’ll be learning the ins and outs of pediatric physical therapy, private practice, and getting to know the sweetest kids and families around! I know you’ll make her feel right at home! 💕

The best part? We literally just found out we’re both Swifties! 🤍 So if you hear Taylor playing during your appointment, just know it’s all part of the treatment plan. 😉🎶

And yes… we’ll almost certainly be debating all the latest Tayvis wedding rumors while celebrating every milestone, every first step, and every little victory along the way. 🫶🏈💍

Lily, we’re so happy you’re here! Here’s to a summer filled with learning, laughter, tiny victories, and maybe a few Taylor sing-alongs. I have a feeling this is going to be a fun rotation! ✨

JOIN US for the Wild Roots Play Camp 🌿☀️

Where movement, nature, and friendship come together.

Wild Roots is a small-group outdoor play camp designed for kids ages 4–7 who may benefit from extra support with:
✨ coordination
✨ balance
✨ sensory processing
✨ social play
✨ confidence &problem-solving

Led by myself, Anne Voss, pediatric physical therapist and owner of Steady Strides Pediatric Physical Therapy, and pediatric OT Megan Gray, OTR/L , this camp blends therapeutic support with all the magic of childhood adventure — hiking trails, climbing logs, exploring nature, movement games, sensory play, teamwork, and new friendships.

Our goal? To help kids build strong bodies, strong minds, and confidence through play.

✨ Move with Baby Workshop ✨

Join us for a special 90-minute class for moms and pre-crawling babies where you’ll strengthen your body while learning simple, effective ways to support your baby’s early motor development.

Move, play, and connect in a supportive space designed for both of you.

In this workshop you will:

👶 Learn tummy time techniques and early motor skill strategies to support your baby’s development

💪 Rebuild postpartum core and pelvic floor strength through safe, functional movement

🤱 Practice ways to move with your baby that support bonding and confidence

BIG NEWS at Steady Strides! 🎉

I’m officially a SoftSpot provider!👶🏼

Until now, measuring head shape meant calipers, tape measures and goniometers… which are only so accurate with a wiggly baby. Even done carefully, these readings aren’t always as consistent as we would like.

SoftSpot takes the wiggles out of it!

This gentle digital scan:

✨ shows how therapy is working

My goal in therapy is always to improve head shape naturally first with positioning, movement and hands-on therapy.
