Today is the day! 🌿✨ Into the Wild officially begins TODAY, and if you’ve been sitting on the fence wondering if you should come… this is your sign.

This program is unlike anything else — a space for women to connect, heal, grow, laugh, reflect, and support one another through recovery and life’s challenges. Whether you feel excited, nervous, uncertain, or completely overwhelmed, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Join us today at 9 AM for our optional Support Coffee Chat ☕ — a relaxed time to connect with peers, ask questions, and settle into the space. Regular programming begins at 10 AM and runs until 2 PM every Wednesday and Friday.

You do not have to have it all figured out to show up. Sometimes healing simply begins with walking through the door. 🌲💚

What a weekend. ❤️

There were challenges, laughs, beautiful moments, and a whole lot of teamwork. Moving gear up and down the beach was incredibly hard, but everyone stepped up, supported one another, and kept going.

These trips aren’t easy—but they are deeply rewarding. Thank you all for showing up for yourselves, for each other, and for your healing journey together here at Into the Wild. So proud of this community. 🌊🏕️✨

🌿✨ Spring Into the Wild – 6 Week Outdoor/ Art Experience ✨🌿

We’re getting ready to welcome a new season of healing, connection, and growth with our Spring Into the Wild session, beginning May 20 🌱

This 6-week experience is designed to create a safe, supportive space where women can come together, build meaningful relationships, and reconnect with themselves through nature-based therapeutic care.

At Into the Wild, our intention is simple but powerful:
🌿 Build community that supports lasting recovery
🌿 Promote sobriety through connection
🌿 Offer free therapeutic care to remove barriers to healing
🌿 Create space for grounding, reflection, and growth

Each week, participants engage in guided group work, gentle movement, creative expression, and shared experiences in nature — all rooted in trauma-informed care.

This is more than a program — it’s a community.

Today was one of those experiences that stays with you long after it ends.

We had the honor of learning the rich history of Emerald Hollow Mine, and what made it truly unforgettable was the care, intention, and generosity shown to our group by Jason and his incredible team. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed not just as visitors, but as valued guests—given a level of attention and VIP treatment that made each of us feel seen and appreciated.

There was something powerful about being guided through the land by people who clearly love what they do. The stories, the knowledge, the patience, and the genuine excitement they shared with us created an experience far beyond what we could have imagined. It wasn’t just about finding gems—it was about connection, curiosity, and being invited into something meaningful.

We are deeply grateful for the time, energy, and heart that was poured into today. Experiences like this remind us how impactful it is when people go above and beyond to create something special for others.
