1. Changes in tipping at Kitchen Shift- I never want any of our customers to feel the pressure at the register to tip.Especially if you are buying supplements. I fight very hard to get you all into my shop and off Amazon and I don't want you feeling like you need to pay a premium for that.Please support us. Know that we are here to educate you on everything you buy. But all we want is for you to come back! That's the biggest tip of all - your return to our shop!If you want to tip our Baristas (who really are amazing and work hard to deliver great service) please bring some cash. That will be the only way that you can tip them at this point «2. Today and tomorrow I will have our representative and educator from Quicksilver Scientific at Kitchen shift. We will have lots of education and free samples from our liposomal bar. I absolutely love these products.
