Move-Meant specializes in chronic stress and headaches through massage therapy, cransiosacral therapy, and yoga. In 2008 when she was introduced to massage therapy, yoga, and CST that got to the root of her struggle with chronic stress. Hannah attended Irene's Myomassology Institute and became a Certified & Licensed Massage Therapist in 2009. In 2013, Hannah became a nRegistered Yoga Teacher throu
gh Yoga Alliance (RYT-200), and is also a yoga instructor through American Health and Fitness at Schoolcraft College. Over the 14 years and working with thousands of clients, she discovered that majority of pain and especially headaches comes from chronic stress. From Hannah's own personal and transformational experience when combating chronic stress, she is passionate about helping others to do the same through her work.
