Quick heads-up, the NH legislation is due to vote on the new regulations of all alkaloids/7oh products. Out of caution and to stay fully compliant we may need to remove these items immediately when the vote (is expected) to pass. A bill recently moved through the Senate and is expected to be taken up by the House in the coming weeks. Recent date amendments could now take effect immediately if the bill passes.

At this stage, nothing is final but the situation is developing quickly.

If you have concerns we encourage you to contact your NH State Representatives and Senator to share your perspective. We in the industry believe reasonable regulation is a better approach than a full ban.
